Director of Franchise Sales

We are networking with prominent franchise or license sales professionals with the goal of obtaining candidate referrals or recommendations. Capodice & Associates has been retained to conduct a priority executive search for an experienced Director of Franchise Sales. TITLE:
DIRECTOR OF FRANCHISE SALES

COMPENSATION:
Base salary, commission plan plus complete benefits package.

SCOPE:
Oversees and executes the franchise sales process in the Company's system. This individual is chiefly responsible for system growth through franchising.


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Three to seven years of documented success in selling franchised restaurants in the Family or Casual dining segment to sophisticated individual or group investors. Other pertinent skills, traits and requirements include:

*Strong data base of potential leads.
*Execute the sale of franchises through single units, multi-units as in accordance with strategic plan.
*Established performer utilizing a professional and consultative selling approach.
*Supervise the preparation and execution of all franchise agreements. Execute all agreements on behalf of the Company.
*Independent, confident and self-directed management style. "Stickler for follow thru".
*Professional presence and demeanor. High ethical standards.
*Must be highly effective in telephone and face-to-face communications.
*Measurable accomplishment in selling quick service or casual dining concepts a plus.
